* Please make sure to contact us in order to receive a Return Authorization Number PRIOR to shipping the item(s) back.
*If you receive a defective item, you will NOT need to send it back to us. Within 30 days, contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know what the issue is and we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.
* Warranty is still valid for any non-accidental, manufacturer defects or items damaged on arrival.
* All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.
* If you don’t like the item or any peosonnal reason, we are still happy to set a refund for you, but you need to pay for return postage costs.
* Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
