Return policy

* Please make sure to contact us in order to receive a Return Authorization Number PRIOR to shipping the item(s) back.

*If you receive a defective item, you will NOT need to send it back to us.  Within 30 days, contact us via  Let us know what the issue is and we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.  

* Warranty is still valid for any non-accidental, manufacturer defects or items damaged on arrival.

* All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.

* If you don’t like the item or any peosonnal reason, we are still happy to set a refund for you, but you need to pay for return postage costs.

* Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
